The council is working hard to have the state approve customized Boy Scout license plates. Please show your support by sending in your application in today!

We did not collect the requisite 350 pre-paid applications by July 31st in order for DMV to go into production with a state specialty BSA license plate. We will continue to collect applications, seek reauthorization of the bill during the 2007 general assembly session and go into production once we hit the magic number of 350.

(VSA-10) License Plate Application

The cost of the plate will be $10.00, or $20.00 if you want to personalize it (annual fees). Please complete the application vsa10 and mail it to: BSA license plate, Heart of Virginia Council, P.O. Box 6809, Richmond VA 23230. Make checks payable to "BSA" and write "license plate" in the memo section. The Heart of Virginia council will be the collection point for applications. A custodial account has been established and a record of applicants and fees collected will be kept.
