Round Tables are held on the first Thursday of each month (except July) at 7:00pm at Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church, located at 1100 Mt. Pisgah Dr, Midlothian. The church is 2.4 miles east of the intersection of Route 288 and Midlothian Turnkpike (Route 60).

These meetings are a critical part of making sure that units within the district are up-to-date on upcoming events, programs, and initiatives. They also provide a great chance to talk to other leaders and share experiences. Each meeting will have a unique theme with presentations and discussions that center around the selected topic. For scouts who are working on having an Eagle Scout project approved, please submit a request to have your Eagle Project Proposal reviewed at the next roundtable meeting. During the meeting you will discuss your Eagle Project with fellow scouts and members of the district advancement committee.
