If you are looking to help your scouts complete Second Class requirement 8a, participation in an anti-drug program, you may find these free resources from the NIDA helpful. They have free pamphlets, magazines, slideshows, and posters that you can use to pass on to your scouts knowledge of the dangers of drug use.

Scouting's national office also has anti-drug resources for use with your troop, including stickers, shirts, and banners. These are available by sending in the form found at http://www.scouting.org/media/factsheets/02-574.aspx.
